There is one vitamin that doesn’t come in the form of a pill or in any food you can eat. It’s Vitamin N, and the only way to get it is from enjoying time outside in NATURE!
Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing is more than just a hike in the woods. It’s connecting to nature with all of your senses. Forest Bathing is not meant to be exercise, educational or a way to travel. The bathing process cleans our souls of anxiety, opens our minds to life and resets our emotions.
